Outlook Express Configuration of Email
1. Select Tools, Accounts from the Main Menu. Click on Add New Mail Account.
On the first screen, enter your name as you would want it to appear to others. See the example below.
2. On the next screen, enter your email address that has been provided. See the example below.
3. On the next screen, enter your server settings that have been provided.

Note: After you set up your account, if you are able to receive mail but cannot send, you might have
to use your SMTP server of your Internet Service Provider. Cox Internet and MSN are two Internet Service
providers that require this. Click here if you can receive but cannot send.
4. On the next screen, your email address is your user name. Use the password that has been provided. See the example below.
5. On the next screen, click Finish. Select your new account and click on the Properties button.
In the Outgoing Mail Server frame, check the box "My Server Requires Authentication" and click "OK". See the example below.
